Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Muneef Company for Trade, Industry, Agriculture and Contracting issued a corrective announcement regarding its preliminary financial results for the first half (H1) of 2026.

The disclosure rectifies data originally published on 31 August 2026, specifically concerning the total equity figures for the corresponding period of the previous year.

The company clarified that the total equity, excluding non-controlling interests, for the prior-year period was SAR 110.19 million, rather than the previously reported SAR 121.98 million.

Consequently, the percentage change for this item has been adjusted to 11.02% from the earlier reported 0.29%.

According to the filing, this correction relates to the presentation of an equity item and does not impact the company’s revenues, net profit, or cash flows.

Al Muneef stated that the amendment was necessary to more accurately reflect the growth of shareholder equity.

The company emphasized that all other financial data remains unaffected by this specific reporting adjustment.
